Manage.Management is built for UK residential buildings that need clear day-to-day operations, transparent communication, and role-appropriate access. The platform supports RTM and RMC directors, homeowners, and professional management companies from the same shared building record. Instead of giving everyone the same dashboard, Manage.Management changes the workspace based on your role. Directors and managers get operational tools, while leaseholders and shareholders get a resident view focused on their building, documents, finances, votes, and meetings.

Management users get a 5-hub sidebar (Portfolio, Buildings, Operations, Money, Engagement) paired with top-of-page WorkspaceHubTabs, a Quick Navigator (⌘K / Ctrl+K), a View Full Portfolio / Current Building scope toggle, and a full-screen portfolio map with property manager route building.
Centralise operational intelligence in the Building Brain (communal assets with context photos, role-gated access codes with view audit logs, unified Fire Escape Plans & PEEPs, and per-block portal visibility toggles), maintain the Company Structure & Secretarial register (with live Companies House search & prefill), and monitor portfolio-wide Health & Safety compliance across FRA, EICR, Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, Emergency Lighting, and Lift inspections.
Switch between Simple (guided director view) and Pro (4-book double-entry ledger across TRUST, CLIENT_OTHER, COMPANY, and AGENCY).
