Getting started

Complete Portfolio Setup

Add your company name, allowed email domains, and organisation details.

Add your first building

Enter the building address, unit count, and management structure.

Invite staff

Use Team Management to invite colleagues and assign the right sub-role.

Upload building documents

Add leases, insurance, accounts, and contracts to each building’s document repository.

Set up service charges

Configure budgets, unit charges, and payment methods for the building.

Invite residents

Add leaseholders and shareholders so they can pay charges, view documents, and vote.

Switching between buildings

When working on operational tasks, always check the selected building first:
  1. Use the building selector in the sidebar or header
  2. Documents, issues, finances, and communications are scoped to the selected building
  3. Portfolio-wide views show data across all buildings
