How integrations appear in the product

Integration surfaces are not shown to every user. MRI settings are aimed at management-company and admin-style workflows, while supplier discovery appears in the supplier and maintenance flows.
Management-company users can choose the building they are working on before configuring finance-related integrations or supplier records.
Integrations are most useful when they support a visible workflow such as finance imports, supplier discovery, or operational maintenance follow-up.
This KB only documents customer-facing behaviour that is already shipped. It does not list internal implementation details or future roadmap integrations.
