Overview

Open Settings and choose Notifications to control how Manage.Management contacts you about day-to-day building activity.

What you can manage today

Email and push preferences

Review day-to-day alert categories such as announcements, documents, maintenance, finances, meetings, and polls.

SMS for urgent updates

Add and verify a UK mobile number before enabling SMS alerts for emergencies and critical maintenance.

Emergency override

Emergency alerts stay protected so urgent SMS notifications are harder to switch off by mistake.

Backup contact email

You can store an alternate email for account recovery, but it does not receive routine notifications.

Update your notification settings

Open Settings

Go to Settings in the main app and switch to the Notifications tab.

Review the category table

Adjust the channels you want for building updates, maintenance, financial activity, meetings, voting, and document changes.

Verify your phone for SMS

Enter a UK mobile number, complete verification, and then enable SMS where it makes sense for you.

Save Preferences

Use Save Preferences after reviewing your choices so your latest settings are stored.
Some per-category email controls are still labelled Coming soon in the current product. Use the screen labels in Settings as the source of truth for what is active for your account today.
