Digital Voting

When your building needs to make a decision, directors or management companies can run a digital vote. You receive the question, cast your vote, and see the outcome — all within the platform.

What you can vote on

Votes and consultations can cover anything the building needs to decide together, such as:
  • Major works and contractors
  • Service charge budgets
  • Changes to building policies
  • Appointment or removal of directors
  • Day-to-day building decisions requiring resident input
