Your Dashboard

The homeowner dashboard is designed to show what matters to you first. It is not a management console — it is a resident view focused on transparency and quick actions.

What you will see

Building overview

Your building name, address, unit number, and a snapshot of current activity

Quick stats

Open issues in the building, active votes you can participate in, and any outstanding payments

Quick actions

Report an issue, view documents, check active votes, and read announcements in one tap

Recent activity

Latest announcements, active issues, upcoming polls, and meeting reminders

If you have multiple properties

If you own units in more than one building, you can switch between them:
  1. Use the Switch Building dropdown in the building overview card
  2. Or view all your properties in the My Properties section
Each building keeps its own documents, finances, issues, and votes separate.

Upcoming AGMs

View any scheduled annual general meetings with date, time, and join links if the meeting is virtual.
