How to read announcements

Check your dashboard
The latest announcements appear on your homepage.

Open the Announcements area
For a full history, go to Announcements from the sidebar.

Read the details and calendar events
Tap any announcement to see the full message, header images, attached documents, and any linked event dates on your Building Calendar. Sticky pinned notices stay at the top of your feed so ongoing works or safety notices are easy to revisit.
Notifications
You can choose how you receive announcement alerts:- Go to Settings from the sidebar
- Open Notification Settings
- Toggle email, push, or in-app notifications for announcements
Tips
Check regularly
Important updates about access, water, or heating may be posted with short notice
Follow up if unclear
If an announcement raises a question, report it as an issue or ask your director
