Announcements are the main way directors and management companies share updates with residents. They appear on your dashboard and in the Announcements area.

What announcements cover

Maintenance updates

Repair schedules, contractor visits, and disruption notices

Meeting notices

AGM dates, meeting invitations, and deadline reminders

Financial updates

Service charge changes, budget approvals, and payment reminders

General news

Building policy changes, safety updates, and community notices

How to read announcements

Check your dashboard

The latest announcements appear on your homepage.

Open the Announcements area

For a full history, go to Announcements from the sidebar.

Read the details

Tap any announcement to see the full message, any attached documents, and the date it was posted.

Notifications

You can choose how you receive announcement alerts:
  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar
  2. Open Notification Settings
  3. Toggle email, push, or in-app notifications for announcements

Tips

Check regularly

Important updates about access, water, or heating may be posted with short notice

Follow up if unclear

If an announcement raises a question, report it as an issue or ask your director
