Portfolio Reports

The Reports area gives management companies insight into portfolio performance, financial health, and operational status. Use these for board meetings, client updates, and internal management reviews.

Report types

Financial reports

Revenue, arrears, collection rates, and budget vs actual by building

Issue reports

Open issues, resolution times, and issue types across the portfolio

Meeting reports

AGM attendance, meeting frequency, and outstanding action items

Compliance reports

Upcoming deadlines, overdue items, and safety certificate status

Building reports

Occupancy, unit status, and building-level operational summaries

Custom exports

Export data for further analysis in spreadsheets or accounting tools

Generating a report

Open Reports

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar or management dashboard.

Choose report type

Select the category: Financial, Issues, Meetings, Compliance, or Building.

Set filters

Choose date range, buildings, and any specific criteria.

Generate

The report populates with current data from your portfolio.

Export or share

Download as PDF or CSV, or share a link with colleagues or clients.
