# Introduction

## Welcome to Manage.Management

Manage.Management is built for UK residential buildings that need clear day-to-day operations, transparent communication, and role-appropriate access. The platform supports RTM and RMC directors, homeowners, and professional management companies from the same shared building record.

Instead of giving everyone the same dashboard, Manage.Management changes the workspace based on your role. Directors and managers get operational tools, while leaseholders and shareholders get a resident view focused on their building, documents, finances, votes, and meetings.

Manage.Management uses UK-specific roles and, for management companies, portfolio sub-roles.
