# Homeowner Overview

## Welcome, Homeowner

Manage.Management gives you a clear view of your building, your finances, and the decisions that affect your home. Whether you are a leaseholder paying service charges or a shareholder in a resident management company, this guide shows you how to get the most from the platform.

## What you can do

## Getting started

    Most homeowners join via an invitation from their building director or management company. You can also sign up directly at app.manage.management.

    Click the link in your verification email to activate your account.

    If you own multiple units or buildings, make sure the correct one is selected before you view documents or finances.

  <Step title="Explore your dashboard">
    Your homeowner dashboard shows the information most relevant to you: announcements, issues, votes, meetings, and finances.
