# Settings

> Account security, notifications, integrations, and payment configuration

## Overview

The **Settings** page is organised into four tabs. What you see depends on your role — management company users get the full set, while directors and homeowners see a simplified version.

## Account & Security

Manage your profile information, phone verification, and privacy settings.

* **Profile details** — Update your name, email, and phone number
* **Phone verification** — Verify your phone number via SMS code for added security. Once verified, the status is saved and persists across sessions
* **Privacy & Data** — Review your data, submit a Subject Access Request (SAR), or export your data as a zip file
* **Two-factor authentication** — Coming soon

## Notifications

Control how you receive notifications from the platform.

* **Email notifications** — Toggle email alerts for issues, meetings, announcements, financial updates, and communications
* **Push notifications** — Enable or disable browser push notifications
* **SMS notifications** — Control urgent SMS alerts (requires a verified phone number)

For detailed setup instructions, see the [MRI QUBE Integration guide](/integrations/mri-qube-setup).

## Payments

Configure how request fees and payment details work across your portfolio.

### Request Fee Overrides

Set building-specific fees that override the default amounts for each request type.

* View the default fee for each request type
* Set a custom fee for any request type per building
* Remove an override to revert to the default

### Fallback Payment Details

Configure bank transfer details that are shown to homeowners when Mollie is not connected.

* **Account name** — The name on the bank account
