> How to stay on top of legal and regulatory requirements

## Compliance for Directors

RTM and RMC directors have legal obligations under company law, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, and leasehold legislation. The compliance tools in Manage.Management help you track deadlines, monitor requirements, and avoid missed filings.

## Using compliance monitoring

    When you complete a filing, inspection, or renewal, update the compliance record with dates and document references.

## Compliance dashboard

The compliance overview shows:

* **Active deadlines**: Items due in the next 90 days
* **Upcoming deadlines**: Items due in the next 30 days
* **Overdue items**: Missed deadlines requiring immediate action
* **Critical alerts**: High-severity items such as insurance lapses or safety failures

## Common compliance timeline
